Unlike some fitness programs, Buff Bride & Groom does not abandon you after a couple of sessions. Whether you have four weeks or four months to get ready for your big day, your trainer is with you from start to finish. Your program is created with your wedding timeframe in mind. We genuinely want you to get the results you deserve. We provide personal training for clients of all ages and fitness levels, working WITH you to achieve your ultimate “wedding body”.
Our wedding packages can be tailored to meet your budget and schedule.
Part of our commitment to you is making sure you have adequate time to achieve your personal goals. Sessions are 45 minutes in duration and depending on the program selected, can incorporate 1-10 hrs of exercise per week, including strength (weight) training and/or cardiovascular fitness. Your trainer will create a program specifically designed for your personal situation.
You can choose to train at your home, office, beach or park as can bring the equipment to you, or in a private studio located in Surfers Paradise. We also have group wedding party sessions available, allowing friends and family to join in.
