ABOUT US Based on the Gold Coast, MSCQ was founded by it's director Chris Bindley to provide Mobile Computer Support to the Consumer and Small Business Market. MCSQ's creation came from Chris' personal experience as a Sales Manager in the Small to Medium Business market over the last 10 years as well as his experience as an end user (Consumer). He found that the options for technical support were limited to two main choices: 1) A technician that seemed to know exactly what they were doing but lacked the people skills to communicate with the end computer user to investigate their underlying needs, or 2) A cowboy that ended up doing more harm than good. In both these scenarios given the right support and advice, the end user would actually save money by being better educated with regard to their computer equipment and also save time due to more stable computer environments less likely to have a breakdown in the future. The philosophy of MCSQ is to provide support where it is needed but to educate where possible. Our fundamental belief is that most people posess the skills to manage their computer on a day to day basis themselves if that is their wish. MCSQ's role is to provide support above and beyond this.[/b]
